We were slowly away this morning due to a late night last night.
I continued and finished off the cutting of the beading while Susan put the gravel in the western top plate and then shovelled the gravel for the eastern top plate.
We then hauled the first window frame up onto the top plate. This was fastened down top and bottom after alignment. It was actually fastened down twice since I put it in the wrong place the first time. Wedges were hammered in to true it up.

After lunch we put up the second window frame with no dramas. It was then on to stuffing the gaps with hay biscuits. A job we continued on with until the sun started to sink. The forecast for tomorrow is for some showers and as it was clouding over I decided we should rehang the plastic to protect the bales just in case.
Tomorrow we will finish the stuffing and move on to the chicken wire cladding to which the render is applied.
Funnily enough when we left the house to return to the Taj the sky was clear so hopefully the weather will be fine tomorrow.
Speaking of the tent I detected some mould spots today which Ii treated with chlorine solution. They rubbed off pretty easily so I assume they are not too serious. The were all on areas where the mustard coloured roof canvas overlaps. I am not sure of the significance of this.
We might hang on here for an extra couple of days since we would like to see the render on the walls before we go.
Night folks
Cheers Simon
