Day 274 Kyneton Friday 8th March 2013

Greetings Eager Readers

Our rig leaving Lake Eildon Mansfield
We were on the road by the appointed hour, check out from Mansfield being 10:00. We had one last trip into town before programing the GPS for Kyneton, some 200 kms south west.

Not really a great deal to report, although known for my verboseness, I could write a couple of pages, but I wont. Ahhh I hear you say, well you probably need a break.

Sculptures in Mansfield
My sister Anita said on the phone we write too much, so this short blog is dedicated to Anita.

Just quickly.... I have got back into the habit of watching TV, particularly Grand Designs, which is on each weekday night now, Yay! I was quite impressed with tonight's episode of the timber house that was custom made in Finland and transported to the UK and assembled on site, not only was it a beautiful design, but an engineering feat, precision personified.

Ohhh, I almost forgot to mention a Laurel and Hardy moment at pack up, you would think we were veteran packerupers by now, but it seems not.... I heard Simon saying from outside the unit "Bloody idiot" always a telltale. He had attached the trailer to the paj, but for some reason he had the tailgate open. Then he couldn't close the door so he had to detach the trailer, close the door and start again, this is what happens when the chief navigator is elsewhere.

Night

Susan
