Day 292 Nowhere Else Tuesday 15th November 2011
A highly excting picture of some untidily applied but very functional seam grip on the camper trailer cover.
Partial paving. Yes they are shadows from sunlight!
Hi Folks,
Bleary eyes from too many late nights. We had a slow start to the day today not venturing to the work area until at least 1030. Susan did some more digging while I continued laying paving stones. The weather was odd, looking ominous but never coming to anything until after lunch when I completed the paving in light drizzle. That then got heavier and heavier until it was rain by 430. By 7 the sun was out. Susan retired inside and did some vacuuming and sanding. I popped into Sheffield to get coffee beans which were $45 a kilogram. I passed at that price as we will go to Devonport tomorrow to pick up Susan's jewellery which she has put a stop repair order on due to the exorbitant cost. She roasted a chicken for tea and stewed some fresh garden rhubarb. After tea we played the game "Life" which was as unlifelike as I remember when I last played it 35 years ago! Tomorrow night Eric is going to get out his trains. He is a Hornby Dublo man so that should be a lot of fun.
Right to bed to catch up on some shut eye.
Night folks
Simon
